1- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

2- Returns are accepted only with a valid reason, such as a defective or incorrect item received.

3- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Exchange or Refund

1- You may choose between an exchange for another item of equal value or a full refund to your original payment method.

2- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

1- Customized or personalized items.

2- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
